Shipping and Returns

Delivery terms

Deliveries within Bulgaria and Europe are carried out by Econt Express or Speedy.

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, except for locations served on a courier schedule. During promotional periods or high order volume, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed until 4:00 PM on business days. Orders placed after that time are processed the following working day.

Delivery cost

Shipping within Bulgaria is free for all orders.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are determined based on the delivery method, destination country, and courier conditions.

Delivery is free of charge for orders over 125 euro for international shipments.

All prices include VAT.

Return terms

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returns can be made from a personal address or courier office. The customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of approved claims.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the provided bank account.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

• unworn
• unwashed and unironed
• undamaged
• in original packaging
• with all labels attached
• with hygiene sticker intact (if applicable)

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Claims

You may submit a claim in case of:

• manufacturing defects
• incorrect size or item received

In such cases, shipping costs are covered by us.
