Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING TERMS:

Deliveries within Bulgaria and Europe are carried out by the courier companies Econt Express or Speedy. The standard delivery time is 1 to 6 working days depending on the destination. (with exceptions for areas serviced on a schedule). Please note that during brand promotional campaigns, delivery may take up to 5 working days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, as well as national holidays, will be processed on the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday. Orders are processed until 4 p.m. on working days. Orders received after 4 p.m. will be processed on the next working day. In the event that the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee at the provided phone number.

Delivery Cost:

The prices for our basic courier services for standard shipments are determined by the method of delivery. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 125 euro.

RETURN TERMS:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days, and can choose to return the product from a personal address or the office of the courier company. The customer should not incur any costs except for those for the return shipment. The period starts from the date of:

  • receiving the product

The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account specified in the return request.

You can return the ordered item only if there are no damages caused by improper use - the product is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or shows traces of makeup. The packaging should also be in its original condition, and the item should be returned in it. All product labels must be preserved, as well as the hygiene sticker on the product.

If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right not to refund the amount and may need to send back the returned item to you.

You have the right to make a complaint in case of:

  • manufacturing defects of the product (discovered upon receipt of the product(s) or within the 14-day period if the above-mentioned return conditions are met)
  • mismatch with the advertised/ordered size or model.

In these cases, the delivery costs will be covered by the Merchant. To make a complaint, the Customer is obliged to notify the Merchant in writing at bkfashionatelier@gmail.com, attaching photographic material clearly indicating the defect or, in cases of incorrectly sent size by the Merchant, specifying the order number where the desired size is clearly visible.
